Online and in-person counselling in Vancouver.

WELCOME

Whether you're struggling with low self-esteem, feelings of shame and guilt, or simply seeking a better understanding of your situation, we can work together toward deepening your sense of self and finding new directions.

Experiential psychotherapy is a holistic approach that promotes openness to life's possibilities. Through this approach, I can help you find the strength and confidence to respond to external demands while attending to your needs in a conscious and rewarding exchange.

In my counselling practice, I use a Humanistic-Experiential approach which fosters openness to life’s possibilities, inner connection and self-expression. "The way one wants to change isn't just from one category to another, or from being like some people to being like other people.

One wants to change precisely into oneself, into more of oneself than one has been able to be so far."

Eugene Gendlin - Experiential Psychotherapy
